Jué then spirals downward, attacking surrounding enemies twice, each hit dealing 34.96% Spectro DMG. Casting this Echo Skill grants the Resonator a Blessing of Time effect that lasts 15s, during when: - The Resonator gains 12.00% additional Resonance Skill DMG Bonus; - When the Resonator's Resonance Skill hits the target, inflict an instance of Spectro DMG once per second for 15s based on 9.20% of the Resonator's ATK. This damage is considered as Resonance Skill damage. CD: 20s
